Our innovations

Over the years, the DCS team has developed many innovations for the blasting, coating and metallizing of constructions and the registration of quality inspections.

• For blasting, a blasting robot has been designed with which structures of all possible shapes and sizes can be blasted in a hall measuring 15 m x 60 m x 10 m.
• Metallizing of pipes has been automated, and for complex objects, a special six-axis robot has even been developed.
• For two-component hot airless pumps, DCS has developed a new concept for a higher quality coating.
• A computer system set up by DCS allows for the detailed registration of all possible quality inspections.

We are constantly striving for further innovation; for example, to prevent breakdowns in the production process and to enable us to work more independently from other parties.
