Lifting capacity
The site has 2 portal cranes with a capacity of 60 tons which can exclusively load and unload above land. On our quay, loading and unloading is done with a 650-ton portable crane.
Maximum dimensions of workpieces
Blasting/spraying hall: 24 m wide,10 m high and 50 m long.
Wheel blasting machines
DCS has privately built a wheel blasting machine for work pieces measuring up to 2.5 by 2.5 metres.

Total surface area of 17,000 m2
The facility at Moerdijk comprises various production halls with a total surface area of 9,000 m2. The outdoor storage area for treated and untreated objects comprises an additional 8,000 m2.
